Local Orders

Local orders are currently fulfilled via local appointed agents. A processing time of 3-5 business days is usually required for final assembly and proper packaging of your order. Once it has been dispatched it will take 2-5 working days to arrive.Pondok Loro Blonyo  is not liable for lost or delayed parcels.

International Orders

All international orders are currently fulfilled via our appointed agents. A processing time of 3-5 business days (not including weekends) is usually required for final assembly and proper packaging of your order. Once it is dispatched it will take 2 – 3 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Pondok Loro Blonyo is not liable for lost or delayed parcels.

Customs duties and taxes.

All relevant customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.

Wrong Item Received

This will not happen BUT If you received the wrong item, first off all, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please contact us and we will try my best to resolve the issue with you.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are not accepted unless there is a valid reason.

Cancellations

If you need to make a cancellation, they are only accepted within 24 hours from the placement of the order or before the order has been packed for dispatched, whichever is earlier. 

It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to make sure the items added to cart are what you want before checking out. A fee is charged to our small business as long as a transaction is made.
