Refund Policy

Whilst we try to ensure all your products arrive in perfect condition, there could be a situation where items may get damaged in transit. If  products are damaged please contact us.

Damaged Items

We always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send us an email with your order number and photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 48 hours from receiving your parcel. 

We will either replace your order or send you a refund on the price of your order (not including shipping).
